Refund policy

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Items on sale cannot be refunded

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, providing all in order,  we will arrange a refund to the original method of payment within 7 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a mistake was made on our end. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after 14 days of confirmed delivery of the return, please first contact your bank or credit card company to see if it is still processing.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need would like to exchange your purchase for another item (return costs are your responsibility), please contact us at sales@toolsmartwa.com.

Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in the mail.
